Is there a cost to join Reserve Trip?
No. Joining Reserve Trip is completely free — there is no registration fee, no monthly subscription, and no setup cost. Reserve Trip is a prepaid tool: you load your account with working capital and start booking immediately. You only spend when you make a booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept M-Pesa and direct bank transfer to fund your agent account. All payments must be confirmed before any booking is issued. Credit facilities are available on request for agents with an established booking history and qualifying business profile.
Do I need an IATA number to join?
No. Reserve Trip is open to both IATA-accredited and non-IATA travel agents and tour operators. Whether you are a newly established agency or a long-running operator, you are welcome to join and start booking immediately after onboarding.
How does the queue booking process work?
When you queue a booking, our Support Team is automatically notified by email. They confirm the pricing, you submit payment, finance confirms receipt, and the team issues the ticket after management approval. The entire process is documented by email — no verbal or WhatsApp communication is used.
What airlines can I access on the platform?
You can access the full GDS airline inventory plus direct NDC connections to multiple international and regional carriers. This includes airlines serving the African market and major international routes. NDC content provides richer fare options not always available through GDS alone.
What are the support hours?
Our Support Team is available 24/7, all year round including public holidays. The booking platform is always on for searching and quoting. Queue bookings are processed during core business hours (8am–5pm EAT, Mon–Fri) but you can reach us outside those hours via call, email, or WhatsApp for urgent matters.
Can I book hotels and transfers, or only flights?
Reserve Trip is a full multi-product platform. In addition to flights, you can book hotels, airport and safari transfers, car hire, travel insurance, and complete packages — all from a single login. MICE products are also available for corporate travel and group event requirements.
