Terms & Conditions
This Travel Services Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") is entered into between Fast Trip Limited and [Sub-Agent] ("Client") as of the time of Clicking the Terms & Conditions box.
Services to Be Provided:
Reserve Trip agrees to provide the following travel services to the Client:
- Booking and issuance of all airline tickets, including domestic and international flights, as requested by the Client.
- Reservation and confirmation of accommodation, including hotels, resorts, or other lodging options.
- Arrangement of ground transportation, such as transfers and car rentals, as needed by the Client.
- Assistance with visa applications and other travel documentation, if required.
- Provision of travel insurance options, if desired by the Client.
Client's Responsibilities:
The Client shall provide Travel Agency with all necessary information, including but not limited to travel dates, destinations, passenger details, and any specific preferences or requirements. The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided information.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay Travel Agency for all travel-related services as follows:
- The Client shall make full payment for all travel-related services, including airline tickets, accommodation, transportation, and other travel-related expenses, before the issuance of the travel services.
- A non-refundable service fee of [Amount] shall be charged at the time of booking to cover the cost of ticket issuance and administrative expenses.
- The Client shall be responsible for the full payment of airline tickets, accommodation, transportation, and other travel-related expenses. Travel Agency will provide invoices and payment instructions for these expenses.
- Payment for travel-related expenses shall be made in accordance with the payment terms specified by each service provider, such as airlines and hotels. Travel Agency will assist the Client in coordinating payments to these providers.
Cancellation and Changes:
The client has been made aware and appreciated the fact that cancellation and refund policies for travel services are determined by the respective service providers.
The Client is responsible for any cancellation or change fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers. Travel Agency will provide guidance and assistance in handling cancellations and changes but is not responsible for any financial consequences incurred.

Travel Insurance:
Travel Agency recommends that the Client consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. Travel Agency can provide information on available insurance options upon request.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement within Seven (7) days by issuing a written notice stipulating the breach and if the other party breaches material term or condition of the Agreement.
Non-Payment or Late Payment:
A sub-agent may fail to make the required payment to the travel agency on time or not make the payment at all.
Implication: The travel agency may not be able to secure the travel services for the client, leading to potential disruptions or the need to make alternative arrangements.
Providing false information to a travel agency can constitute a breach of contract and may have serious consequences for both the client and the sub-agent. False information can include inaccurate personal details, passport information, travel history, or any other information relevant to the travel arrangements.
Non-Payment or Late Payment:
A sub-agent may fail to make the required payment to the travel agency on time or not make the payment at all.
Implication: The travel agency may not be able to secure the travel services for the client, leading to potential disruptions or the need to make alternative arrangements.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
